ITT for CRM implementation and support
We are in the process of reviewing our CRM system and are looking for a system to be better integrated into our processes and to streamline functions to future proof the growing needs of the charity.

Ageing Better launched in 2015. This was shortly followed by the adoption of Highrise as our CRM system. Last year, Ageing Better launched a new strategy with a clearer focus on four key areas (work, housing, health and communities). The organisation has expanded significantly with a larger headcount and more colleagues carrying out external engagement on behalf of the organisation. With new working structures and goals, we want a CRM system to be better integrated into our processes and to streamline functions to future proof the growing needs of the charity.
The new strategy provides the framework for a more integrated and complex CRM system to track our interaction with a broader range of stakeholders to ensure we influence the changes we want to see across sectors and policy areas.
