About the role

As Innovation and Change Officer you will ensure that our projects to promote innovation and evidence-based practice are managed effectively and efficiently. You will work with senior colleagues to scope, commission and manage projects, ensure timely reporting and support project learning and communications. You will capture case studies and lessons from our project work and provide support across the wider team to ensure the quality of our innovation and change activities.

About you

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and manage delivery risks proactively. You will have experience of contract/grant management and working with suppliers and third parties to ensure timeliness as well as quality and cost control. You will be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative approach and a focus on supporting others to achieve results are essential.
