Justin leads the Strategy and Partnerships directorate working with our Associate Directors to help set the direction across our priority goals and partnership leads to ensure we have effective and impactful strategic partnerships in place to support the delivery of our strategy.
Justin joined Ageing Better in November 2019 having previously held a range of leadership roles in local government and the integrated care system in Surrey. Justin has 20 years’ experience working in both local government and the NHS and has led a range of partnership programmes of work including securing the health and care devolution agreement for Surrey Heartlands; designing and implementing new partnership arrangements; and the development of a system-wide strategy for health and wellbeing.
