The Transitions in Later Life programme, funded by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, provided emotional and psychological support to people in mid-later life, helping them to build their resilience and plan for retirement. The programme is in its legacy stage. Emma is responsible for ensuring the vital lessons learnt are shared with the relevant stakeholders and embedded into good practice.
Emma has managed multiple cross-sector partnerships, most recently Tesco’s partnership with Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation. She has worked for a number of equalities organisations, in the LGBT, BAME and children and young people’s sectors. Emma also works as a consultant in policy and training; her clients range from NHS England to small equalities organisations.
