We’re looking to commission a consultant to undertake a scoping study of the monitoring and evaluation needs of members of the UK Network of Age-friendly Communities (UK Network). The study will help us deepen our understanding and develop practical resources and/or support the UK Network to undertake better monitoring and evaluation.
Local areas interested in using and linking local data sets to analyse system-wide impacts and better understand ageing-related issues are being offered the chance to take part in a new project by the Centre for Ageing Better.
The Centre for Ageing Better has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to gain a deeper understanding of the patterns of formal and informal voluntary contribution and community engagement [‘voluntary activity’] by people in later life within groups and communities where lower levels of participation are reported.
There is no rigid timetable for entering into locality partnerships. We anticipate developing 2-3 further strategic locality partnerships but are keen to explore other ways of partnering with localities on specific programmes.
The Centre for Ageing Better regularly updates this list of current opportunities. Here you will find:
- draft evidence scopes on which we are seeking feedback
- invitations to tender for commissioned research work or other services
- calls for practice evidence or expressions of interest to partner with us.
From time to time, other tenders for operational support may also be added to this page.
