Rachel provides programme and content support for the Age-friendly Employer Pledge Team.
Rachel provides support to the Age-friendly Employer Pledge Team, helping to improve processes and develop content to inspire employers on their journey to better recruit, retain and support older workers.
Before joining the Centre for Ageing Better in January 2024, Rachel worked for Dementia Carers Count, providing administrative support to the Services team and assisting carers through the Carer Support Line.
