Centre for Ageing Better has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join their Operations team. This is a stand-alone HR Officer role, which is crucial in enabling the organisation to support, grow and develop our team, delivering a comprehensive HR service in line with our values. About the role

As the Human Resources Officer, you will play a key supporting role to the Senior Management Team (SMT) in all HR matters, liaising with the organisation’s external HR advisors on complex matters where appropriate.

About you

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications skills. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to quickly and accurately assimilate and understand complex facts and figures and translate these into different formats. Tact and diplomacy to work with confidential and sensitive information, and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole organisation to ensure that the operations team supports our organisational strategy and objectives, is essential. An interest in Ageing Better’s agenda is also essential.
