Our research has shown that strength and balance activities are effective in reducing the risk of falls and helping people live independent lives.

“But there’s no beating physical activity to boost strength and balance. From badminton to yoga, dancing to tai chi, many forms of movement reduce the risk of falls, and improve our wider health.”
