Working with the Director of Strategy and Partnerships, other members of the executive team, colleagues from across the organisation and partners, Emma also helps to coordinate our policy development work, oversees a programme of strategic projects and undertakes horizon scanning activities to help future proof our work.
Emma has 15 years of experience in strategy, partnerships and programme/project management, with a particular focus on equalities and health. She has managed cross-sector partnerships and programmes including Tesco’s strategic partnership with Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation and was a founding member of the Department of Health’s Third Sector Strategic Partnership Programme (now Health and Wellbeing Alliance). In relation to equalities, Emma has worked for BAME, LGBT and faith-based organisations as well as Ageing Better. She also works as a consultant trainer.
